Standard Delivery, There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 business hours. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only for items purchased at the retail price. To exchange an item, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Note: All discounted items or items purchased through collaborations are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

Refund Policy

At SouthWave, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method once the return is inspected and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Certain items, like final sale products, are not eligible for refunds. For any issues or to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
