Order Processing

All orders are processed within 12–24 hours, subject to product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please ensure that all order details, including shipping address and contact information, are correct before completing checkout. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or major public holidays. All orders are shipped from Kozhikode, Kerala, India. Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

• Kerala: Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days
 • Other cities across India: Estimated delivery within 6–9 working days
Please note that orders may experience delays during special events, sales periods, or major holidays due to high order volumes or courier constraints.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered and proof of delivery is available with the tracking number, Southwave is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All shipping risks are assumed by the courier service once the order leaves our facility. During sale or promotional periods, all purchases are final. No returns, refunds, or price adjustments will be provided on discounted items. Southwave reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue any promotion or markdown at any time without prior notice.
