Return & Refund Policy

At Southwave, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn

• The item must have all original tags attached

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Items purchased on sale or clearance

• Limited edition or collectible items

• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged

• Orders placed using a coupon code, discount code, or promotional offer are considered sale purchases and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will arrange a replacement if the product is available.
