Return & Refund Policy

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Products purchased during any sale, discount, promotional offer, or using any coupon code are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We recommend reviewing the product details, size guide, and descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 24 hours with images or video, and we will assist you.

All sales made through our website are final. 

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

 Customer-Initiated Returns:

  • The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
  • You can either self-ship using a reliable courier service (with tracking) or request a pickup through us.
  • In case of pickup by Southwave, a return fee (₹___) will be deducted from your refund.

Defective / Wrong Product:

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, Southwave will cover 100% of the return shipping cost. No fee will be deducted.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS:

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
